My Airpods Keeps Disconnecting Calls?Here’s the Fix

Fix 1: Check Airpods Charge

1. Check whether your Airpods in full charge.
2. If it has a low charge then put it into your charger case and make it charge.

Fix 2: Turn Off/On Bluetooth

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Tap “Bluetooth” and Turn Off it.
3. Wait for a few minutes and turn on it.

Fix 3: Check Microphone Settings for Airpods

1. Open “Airpod Case”.
2. Open “Settings”.
3. Tap “Bluetooth”.
4. Tap (i) info symbol.
5. Select your “Microphone” from the menu option.
6. Tap “Automatic” to set up both Airpods as the microphone.
7. Just change this setting to “Always Left” or “Always Right” to use any one of the Airpods.

Fix 4: Reset Airpods through Airpod Case

1. Keep your AirPods in the charging case.
2. Then, close the AirPods case and wait for 15 seconds and open.
3. Check your Airpods Status Light between the two spaces of your Airpods.
4. It should flash white.
5. Make sure that your AirPods are inside the case.
6. Press and hold the “Set-Up” Button at the back of your Airpod Case for at least 15 seconds.
7. Check your Airpods Status Light between the two spaces of your Airpods flashing White colour.

Fix 5: Forget Airpod Device

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Press the (i) info symbol.
3. Choose “Forget this Device”.
4. Wait for a few minutes and reconnect it.

Fix 6: Restart your iPhone

1. Press and hold the “Side Button” and either “Volume Button” until the slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn on iPhone.
3. Then, again press and hold the “Side Button” until you see the Apple Logo.

Fix 7: Force Restart iPhone

For iPhone 6 and early

1. Press and hold the “Home Button” and “Power Button” simultaneously.
2. Hold both buttons until the screen turns to “black” and wait until the Apple Logo appears.

For iPhone 7
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down Button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
For iPhone 8 and later

1. Press the “Volume Up button” and release it.
2. Press the “Volume Down button” and release it.
3. Then, press and hold the “Side Button” until the Apple Logo appears.

Fix 8: Reset Network Settings

1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
2. Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
3. Enter the Passcode if required and tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.

Note: This action will reset all Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, APN & VPN Settings, and Cellular Settings of your iPhone.

Fix 9: Change Outputs and Inputs on Mac

1. Tap “Apple Logo”.
2. Tap “System Preferences”.
3. Then, choose “Sound”.
4. Select the “Output” tab.
5. Choose “Airpods”.
6. Then select the “Input” Tab.
7. Select “anything But Airpods” this disables Airpods mic to produce high-quality sound from Airpods.
