Solution 1: Check the area
- Make sure that you are within the area where you can receive a good cellular service.
- Try different places. Because this may be a network issue.
Solution 2: Force Restart
- Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
- Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.
- Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.
Solution 3: Refresh Airplane Mode
- Launch Settings.
- Turn on “Airplane Mode”.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes and then turn it off.
Solution 4: Enable “Cellular Data” and “Data Roaming”
- Launch Settings->Cellular Data.
- Turn on “Cellular Data”.
- Tap “Cellular Data Options”.
- Enable “Data Roaming”.
Solution 5: Update Carrier Settings
- Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi/Cellular Data.
- Open Settings->General->About.
- Wait for 15-20 seconds.
- Tap “Update” in the pop-up box if update is available.
Solution 6: Remove and reinsert the SIM
- Take the SIM out of your iPhone.
- Wait for few minutes and then put the SIM back in.
Solution 7: Reset Network Settings
- Go to Settings->General->Reset.
- Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
- Enter the Passcode if required.
- Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.
- Wait until your iPhone restarts and then connect it to Wi-Fi.
Note: This action will reset all Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, APN & VPN Settings, and Cellular Settings of your iPhone.
Solution 8: Check for Software Update
- Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi.
- Launch Settings->General->Software Update.
- Tap “Download and Install” if update is available.
Solution 9: Reset All Settings
- Go to Settings->General->Reset.
- Tap “Reset All Settings”.
- Enter your passcode and restrictions passcode.
- Tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.
- Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.
Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, and APN & VPN Settings.
Solution 10: Factory Reset
Before doing it back up your iPhone. Because this action will erase all data from your device.
To back up your iPhone,
- Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi/Cellular Data.
- Open Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID banner.
- Tap “iCloud”.
- Scroll down to find “iCloud Backup” and tap it.
- Enable “iCloud Backup”.
- Tap “Back Up Now”. Wait until the process is finished.
To Factory Reset your iPhone,
- Open Settings->General->Reset.
- Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”.
- Enter your Passcode if required.
- Tap “Erase iPhone” in the pop-up box.
- Again tap “Erase iPhone” to confirm.
- Wait until your iPhone restarts and then set up your iPhone as new.
