How to Enable iCloud Photo Library option on iPhone, iPad

iCloud Photo Library provide an option to store all your photos and videos in iCloud.  Its also keep your photos and videos seamlessly in sync across all your Apple devices. If you create an album in your iPhone, it’s automatically available on your iPad.
If you want to use this feature, just enable it.
How to enable iCloud photo library on your iOS devices 
1. Open Settings app on your iPhone or iPad which is running under iOS 8.1 or higher.
2. Tap iCloud.
3. Tap Photos.

4. Turn on iCloud library option at the top. It will shows a prompt (it automatically remove photos which is synced from iTunes). Just confirm it to use iCloud photo library feature.
After enabling this feature, it automatically begin to uploading your photos to iCloud.
How to use iCloud Photos on your iOS devices
If you want to access you iCloud photos,
Open Photos app in your iOS devices and tap on the Photos tab down at the bottom.
How to view iCloud Photos on a Mac
Now you have only one option to view your iCloud photos on a Mac. Just visit iCloud beta website and sign in your iCloud account. Then click Photo icon to browse your photos.
