1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Scroll down to find “iTunes & App Store” and tap it.
3. Click on the “Apple ID” and tap “View Apple ID” in the pop-up box.
4. At the account settings section, find the “Purchase History” and tap it.
5. At the list, search for any outstanding balance for any purchases.

How to solve “Verification Required” when installing the free apps on iPhone?

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Scroll down to find “iTunes & App Store” and tap it.
3. Click on the “Apple ID” and tap “View Apple ID” at the pop-up box.
4. Click on “Payment Information” in the Account Settings section.
5. At the Payment Method, click on “None”.
6. Click “Done”.
7. Exit “Settings”.
