Snapchat Not Working on Wifi? Here's the Fix

Solution 1: Restart your Device

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
3. Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.

Solution 2: Turn Off/On WiFi

1. Launch Settings.
2. Tap WiFi.
3. Turn On the WiFi and then turn off it.

Solution 3: Forget WiFi Network Settings

1. Launch Settings.
2. Tap WiFi and then tap “i” info symbol.
3. Tap Forget This Network.
4. Again tap Forget to confirm your action.

Solution 4: Reset Network Settings

1. Launch Settings.
2. Scroll down to see General and then tap it.
3. Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings.
4. Enter your Passcode.
5. Again tap Reset Network Setting to confirm your action.

Solution 5: Uninstall and Reinstall Snapchat

1. Long press the app until the apps are shaking.
2. Now, “X” symbol appears at the top left of the app.
3. Click that “X” symbol to uninstall the app.
4. Launch the App Store and search for the app.
5. Then download and install it.
