Apple has been enhanced a new feature called swiping keyboard on the latest iOS update. This feature allows you to swipe across the keyboard instead you want to type each individual letter. Once the version has been updated, this feature enabled by default. If it is not enabled just follow the simple guide to enable this option.
- Launch Settings.
- Tap on General option.
- Now, Tap on Keyboard -> Toggle the button to enable “Slide-to-type” option.
If you make a mistake, you just hit on delete key on your keyboard then it will delete the entire word instead of delete/remove a one letter at a time.
So, if you prefer to delete one letter at a time you just want to disable “Delete Slide-to type by word” Option. To do this,
- Launch Settings-> General-> Keyboard.
- Now, Just Toggle the “Delete Slide-to type by word” to disable the option.
So, this default new features in iOS 13 makes easier to swipe or tap letters for composing text and it doesn’t affect normal keyboard typing. QuickPath swipe keyboard is helpful when you using the iPhone in one-handed.
Note: This QuickPath does not work with a third-party keyboard.
