“Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction” in App Purchases or create New Account – Fixed

Many iOS users complained that they have getting error “please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction” when they were creating a new account or access the iTunes Store for download the applications. The solution for iOS Devices:
1.Enable Restriction

  • Launch “Settings” -> click “General” -> click “Restrictions”. Click Enable Restriction and enter the passcode.enable-itunes
  • Here you can see the apps. You have to allow the restrictions on “iTunes Store”.itunes-store

2.Verify your Apple ID
You should verify if you use same Apple ID for iTunes & App Store.
3.Sign Out and Sign back In on iTunes

  • Launch “Settings”.
  • Click “iTunes & App Store -> click “Apple ID” -> click “Sign Out”.sign-out
  • Now Restart your device.
  • Sign Back in again.

4.Enter Payment Information

  • Launch “Settings”.
  • Click “Apple ID Banner” -> click “iTunes & App Store” -> click “your ID”.id-img
  • Then click “View Apple ID” and enter the passcode if prompted.
  • Next, click “Payment Information”.
  • Again enter the security code for verifying. Finally, tap “Done”.

The Solution for Mac:

  • Open “iTunes”. Then open “iTunes Store” on your computer.
  • Tap “Account”.
  • Using your Apple ID, Sign into iTunes.
  • Tap “Reset All Warnings for Buying and Downloading”.
  • Ensure that authorized this computer in iTunes.
  • With safe mode or single user, restart your Mac. It helps the App Store to work normally.
  • Again restart your device as normal if you can see the update and buy apps on App Store.
