Netflix App keep Crashing on iPhone/iPad. (Here’s the Fix)

As you all know that Netflix is one of the most popular video streaming services on the iPhone. Most iPhone users reporting that the Netflix app not working. My friend also has this issue. We tried few tips to overcome this issue and it works for him. Now I’m gonna share those tricks with you.

Note: Make sure if your internet connection is stable.

Solution 1: Check Date & Time

1. Launch Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap on General.
3. Click Date & Time.
4. Here Turn Off the Set Automatically.
5. Now you should set the date and time automatically.

Solution 2: Force Quit

1. Double click “ Home Button”.
2. Here you can see the all closed apps.
3. Then swipe the app to close.

Solution 3: Reset Netflix

1. Launch Settings.
2. Scroll down and select the Netflix app.
3. Tap Reset Button and then turn on it.

Solution 4: Update NetFlix App

1. Launch App Store.
2. Scroll down to see Update and then tap it.
3. Select the Netflix app and then tap the Update button if available.

Solution 5: Restart your Device

1. Press and hold the Side button until the slide to power off the screen appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
3. Again press and hold the side button until you see an Apple Logo.

Solution 6: Uninstall and Install Netflix

1. Long press the app until the apps are jiggle.
2. Click the X symbol to uninstall the app.
3. Launch App Store and search for the app.
4. Then tap Download and install the app.

Solution 7: Reset All Settings

1. Launch Settings > General.
2. Scroll down and tap on Reset.
3. Tap “Reset all Settings”.
4. Enter passcode if asked and then tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm the action.
