Many of the iPhone users have a complaint that their iPhone has the issue of “Won’t Backup to iCloud”. Basically, this was not a big issue and you can able to solve this very easily. Here, I gonna share you the possible fixes to solve your problem.
Fix 1: Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi
- Go to “Settings”.
- Tap “Wi-Fi” and enable it.
- Tap the Wi-Fi network which you want to connect.
After connecting to Wi-Fi Backup your iPhone using the following steps,
- Launch “Settings”.
- Tap your name at the top of the display.
- Choose “iCloud”.
- Tap “iCloud Backup” and enable it.
- Tap “Back Up Now”.
Fix 2: Check your Cloud Storage Space
- Launch “Settings”.
- Tap your name of the display.
- Tap “iCloud”.
- At the top of the menu, you can see the iCloud Storage.
- If it is full, tap “Manage Storage”.
- You can purchase more iCloud storage by tapping “Upgrade”.
Fix 3: Sign Out and Sign In iCloud
Sign Out:
- Launch Settings-> Apple ID(your name).
- Scroll down to find “SignOut” and then click it.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password.
- Tap “Sign Out” at the right Corner.
- Again tap “Sign Out” in the pop-up box to confirm the action.
Sign In:
- Launch Settings-> iCloud.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password.
- Tap “Sign In”.
Fix 4: Reset All Settings
- Open “Settings”.
- Tap “General”.
- Scroll down to find “Reset” and tap it.
- Tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.
- Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.
Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & passwords, and APN & VPN settings.
Fix 5: Backup iPhone Via iTunes
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Open iTunes.
- Click on the Device icon next to the category drop-down menu on the left side of the iTunes window.
- Select Summary from the sidebar.
- Select Back Up Now under Manually Back Up and Restore.
