How to Fix My iPhone Starts Flickering?


Many of the iPhone users have a complaint that their “iPhone keeps flickering”. Luckily, Apple support gave the solutions to solve this issue. Solution 1: Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Power Button until the slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. After your iPhone turns off, press and hold the Power button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 2: Force Restart your iPhone
For iPhone 6 and early

  1. Press and hold the “Home Button” and “Power Button” simultaneously.
  2. Hold both buttons until the screen turns to “black” and wait until the Apple Logo appears.

For iPhone 7
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down Button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
For iPhone 8 and later

  1. Press the “Volume Up button” and release it.
  2. Press the “Volume Down button” and release it.
  3. Then, press and hold the “Side Button” until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 3: Configure Display Settings

  1. Tap “Settings”.
  2. Select “Display and Brightness”.
  3. Turn off “Auto Brightness”.
  4. Then, adjust the slider as per your wish.

Solution 4: Enable Reduce Transparency Feature

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Tap “General”.
  3. Tap “Increase Contrast”.
  4. Find “Reduce Transparency” and Enable it.

Solution 5: Check iPhone Storage

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Tap “General”.
  3. Scroll down to find “About” and tap it.
  4. Here you can see “Capacity and Available” option, here you can check the storage.
  5. If your storage is full delete the unwanted files and apps.
  6. After deleting, clear the cache memory.
  7. Finally, remove old browser history data.

Solution 6: Factory Reset your iPhone

  1. Launch Settings-> General.
  2. Scroll down and tap Reset.
  3. Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”.
  4. Now a pop-up box will be displayed with 3 options.
  5. If you want to take Backup your device then tap “Back Up Then Erase”.
  6. If you have already taken a BackUp then tap “Erase Now”.
  7. Wait until the process gets finished.

Note: This fix will remove all data from your device. Therefore, it is advisable to take a backup of all your data.
