Solution 1: Force Close the Application
If your Macbook pro freezes while using the app, you have to force close the app. From Apple menu click force quit or press command+Option+Esc keys.
Solution 2: Force Restart your Mac
- Press and hold the power button until the MacBook Shut Down. It may take 4-5 seconds.
- Wait for few seconds and to turn on your device, press the Power button.
Solution 3: Restart your Mac in Safe Mode
Press the power button to turn on your device. Then press and hold the shift key until the Apple logo appears. Now, your system will be restarted in safe mode. This method may have solved the Mac crashes issue.
Solution 4: Update Current macOS version
- Go to Apple Menu -> Software Update.
- Click check for update and update and a new version of macOS.
Solution 5: Free Up Space
If your Mac’s storage is full, then your system will be crashed. So, you have to free up your space by deleting unwanted songs, photos, files, and Apps. Now, restart your Mac and your problem will be solved.
