Sony Headphones are mostly used nowadays, to hear a song, videos, etc. Enjoy your favorite music with a sony noise-canceling over-ear headbands headset. Bluetooth is also used to connect Headphones. It is used to attend the call and ease of driving. Mac can’t connect Sony Headphones.
Solution 1: Headphones inserted first time in Mac
- Headphones are automatic pairing mode if it is not connected automatically, press and hold the button for 7 seconds.
- Check the connection whether it is correct or not. If it is correct, then the blue line continues to show two times in the headphones.
- Next, wake up the Mac in sleep mode.
- Then, go to System Preferences.
- And click the Bluetooth option.
- Tap the speaker icon, check if the Headphones are paired and connected means it will display as 0000, or else [WH-1000XM3] appear on the option. (If it’s not connected try again step 6).
- Go back to the Mac Desktop and select the speaker icon on the top right corner.
- Now, Choose Boom 2 Pair.
If already installed your headphone in Mac, but you have connectivity issues follows solution 2.
Solution 2: Connect the mac with Boom
- Go to System Preferences.
- Click the Bluetooth options.
- Tap the speaker icon, check if the Headphones are paired and connected. It will display as 0000, or else [WH-1000XM3] appear on the option. ( If it’s not connected try again step 3).
- Go back to the Mac Desktop and select the speaker icon on the top right corner.
- Now, choose Boom 2 Pair.
Now, We have to change the options to connect and be ready to hear our favorite music using Sony Headphones.
