iTunes stuck on "Accessing iTunes Store", fix

When users load iTunes, it gets stuck on “Accessing iTunes Store” message.  This message just go away when user click the close (X) button.

Solution 1 (for Window users)
In Windows 7, click the Start button. Then type “CMD” in search box. It will find cmd.exe. But do not press “Enter button”. Right click the cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator” option.  
Go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt (Right click it and choose “Run As Administrator”)
In command panel type netsh winsock reset and press enter.
Now restart you computer. Check the iTune store issue.
Solution 2  (for Window users)
Apple suggested to remove software like “Bigfoot Networks”.
or Go to Start -> Run -> msconfig.  In startup tab, untick the software. Then run netsh winsock reset via command.
Other Solutions:- (Mac & Windows)

  • Disable Ping. Preferences-> Parental –> Disable -> check Ping.
  • Open iTunes app and choose “Store” on the top left screen. From the drop down choose ” Authorise this computer” and follow the instructions.
  • Run the iTunes app as Administrator. When iTunes start, deauthorize the computer. Then reauthorize it. Restart the iTunes.
