iTunes keeps crashing windows or Mac? Here’s how to fix it


iTunes crashing is one of the common issues on a PC or a Mac.
Below given some solutions to resolve your problem.
Solution 1: Sign Out and Sign In

  1. Restart iTunes and Sign out your account from iTunes.
  2. Reopen iTunes and Sign in, so that iTunes may work.
  3. If not, restart your computer and reinstall iTunes.
  4. Uninstall iTunes completely in your computer and install iTunes installer
  5. Then update iTunes to the latest version and install it.

Solution 2: Install a new copy of iTunes

  1. Right-click the Start button and select “open windows explorer”
  2. Launch C:Drive > Program files(x86) > Common files.
  3. Rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
  4. Open C:Drive > Program files(x86)
  5. Again rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
  6. Then again C: Drive > Program files
  7. Again rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
  8. Install a new iTunes.

Solution 3: Start iTunes in safe mode

  1. Hold and Shift control keys while you open iTunes
  2. Then the message appears as “iTunes is running in safe mode.Visual plug-ins you have installed have been temporarily disabled”
  3. If the issue stops then remove any third-party plug-ins.

Solution 4: Disconnect the network

  1. Disable the network from the computer.
  2. Open iTunes
  3. If it opens, then update your drivers.
