Solution 1: Sign Out and Sign In
- Restart iTunes and Sign out your account from iTunes.

- Then update iTunes to the latest version and install it.
Solution 2: Install a new copy of iTunes
- Right-click the Start button and select “open windows explorer”
- Launch C:Drive > Program files(x86) > Common files.
- Rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
- Open C:Drive > Program files(x86)
- Again rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
- Then again C: Drive > Program files
- Again rename “Apple” folder as “Apple.old”
- Install a new iTunes.
Solution 3: Start iTunes in safe mode
- Hold and Shift control keys while you open iTunes
- Then the message appears as “iTunes is running in safe mode.Visual plug-ins you have installed have been temporarily disabled”
- If the issue stops then remove any third-party plug-ins.
Solution 4: Disconnect the network
- Disable the network from the computer.
- Open iTunes
- If it opens, then update your drivers.
