Solution 1: Restart your iPhone

  1. Press and hold the Side Button and either Volume Up/Down  Button until the slide to power off screen appears.

  3. To turn on your device, press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 2: Force close apps

  1. Swipe up the screen from the bottom and pause in the center.
  2. Swipe all the apps up to close them forcely.
  3. Do force close apps every time after using your iPhone.

Solution 3: Force Restart

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and release it.
  3. Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 4: Reset Network Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
  3. Enter the Passcode if required.
  4. Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.
  5. Wait until your iPhone restarts.

Note: This action will reset all Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, APN & VPN Settings, and Cellular Settings of your iPhone.
Solution 5: Disable Dictation and Reset Network Settings

  1. Launch Settings->General->Keyboard.
  2. Disable “Enable Dictation”.
  3. Select “Turn Off Dictation” in the pop-up box.
  4. Reset Network Settings (Solution 4).

Solution 6: Turn off Background App Refresh

  1. Go to Settings->General->Background App Refresh.
  2. Again tap “Background App Refresh”.
  3. There you can see three options. Select “Off”.

Solution 7: Turn off automatic updates and downloads

  1. Launch Settings->iTunes & App Store.
  2. Disable all Music, Apps, Books & Audiobooks, Updates under AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS

Solution 8: Update your iPhone

  1. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi.
  2. Launch Settings->General->Software Update.
  3. Tap “Download and Install” if update is available.

Solution 9: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your passcode and restrictions passcode.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Password, and APN & VPN Settings.
Solution 10: Factory Reset
Restore your iPhone to factory reset will erase all data from your iPhone. So before doing it, back up your iPhone.
To back up your iPhone,

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID.
  3. Tap “iCloud”.
  4. Scroll down to “iCloud Backup” and tap it.
  5. Make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on.
  6. Tap “Back Up Now”.

To factory reset your iPhone,

  1. Open Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Contents and Settings”.
  3. Enter your Passcode if required.
  4. Tap “Erase iPhone”.
  5. Again tap “Erase iPhone” to confirm.
  6. Wait until your iPhone restarts and then set up your iPhone as new.
