iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR Live Wallpaper not working? Here’s the fix


As you all know, animated wallpapers give a stunning look to iPhone’s screen. But many people said that live wallpaper not working on their iPhone. Here I am going to tell you the solutions to fix iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR live wallpaper not working. If you have the same problem, this article will help you to fix it.
Solution 1: Disable “Low Power Mode”

  1. Open Settings->Battery.
  2. Make sure that Low Power Mode is turned off.

Solution 2: Disable “Reduce Motion”

  1. Go to Settings->General->Accessibility.
  2. Tap “Reduce Motion”.
  3. Make sure that Reduce Motion is turned off.

Solution 3: Enable 3D Touch

  1. Launch Settings->General->Accessibility.
  2. Scroll down to find “3D Touch” option and then tap it.
  3. Make sure that 3D Touch is enabled. Turn on 3D Touch if it is disabled.
  4. You can also adjust (Light, Medium, Firm) the 3D Touch Sensitivity using the slider. Keep the sensitivity in Medium.

Solution 4: Force Restart

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.

Solution 5: Set usual wallpaper and then try live wallpaper
To set usual wallpaper,

  1. Launch Settings->Wallpaper->Choose a New Wallpaper.
  2. Select “Stills”.
  3. Select the wallpaper that you want to use.
  4. Select “Still”.
  5. A pop-up box appears with three options to choose where you want to set the selected wallpaper. Select any one from Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both.

To set live wallpaper,

  1. Launch Settings->Wallpaper->Choose a New Wallpaper.
  2. Select “Live”.
  3. Select the wallpaper that you want to use.
  4. Select “Perspective”.
  5. A pop-up box appears with three options to choose where you want to set the selected wallpaper. Select any one from Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both.

Solution 6: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your passcode and restrictions passcode.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, and APN & VPN Settings.
