iPhone XS Bluetooth Not Working? Here’s the fix

Many Apple users have a complaint that their iPhone XS won’t connect to the Bluetooth devices or accessories. They said that this issue is not occurring all the time and they can pair their iPhone with Bluetooth device but suddenly it disconnects. Here you can find some simple solutions to fix this issue.
Before trying these solutions,

  1. Keep your Bluetooth device closer to the iPhone.
  2. Make sure that your iPhone supports the Bluetooth device that you are using.
  3. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is fully charged and turned on.

Solution 1: Refresh Bluetooth

  1. Go to Settings->Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off “Bluetooth”.
  3. Restart your iPhone and Bluetooth device.
  4. Then turn on “Bluetooth”.
  5. Then try to connect the Bluetooth device to iPhone.

Solution 2: Force Restart

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and release it.
  3. Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 3: Refresh Airplane Mode

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Turn on “Airplane Mode”.
  3. Wait for few seconds and then turn off “Airplane Mode”.

Solution 4: Forget Bluetooth accessory

  1. Go to Settings->Bluetooth.
  2. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
  3. Tap (i) info symbol next to the Bluetooth accessory name.
  4. Tap “Forget This Device”.
  5. Tap “Forget Device” in the pop-up box.
  6. Likewise, forget all Bluetooth accessories and then repair your iPhone with Bluetooth device.

Solution 5: Reset Network Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
  3. Enter the Passcode if required.
  4. Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.
  5. Wait until your iPhone restarts.

Note: This action will reset all Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, APN & VPN Settings, and Cellular Settings of your iPhone.
Solution 6: Check for Software Update

  1. Connect your iOS device to Wi-Fi.
  2. Go to Settings->General->Software Update.
  3. Tap “Download and Install” if update available.

Solution 7: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->b.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your passcode and restrictions passcode.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Password, and APN & VPN Settings.
