iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR Battery Percentage Stuck at 100%, 80%, or 1%? Here’s the fix

Many Apple users have a complaint that their new iPhone battery percentage got stuck. They said it gets stuck in different percentages such as 100%, 80%, 50%, and 1%. Here I am going to tell you the solutions to fix iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR battery percentage stuck.
Solution 1: Force Restart while charging

  1. Connect your iPhone to a power source.
  2. Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
  3. Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.

Solution 2: Enable Low Power Mode

  1. Open Settings->Battery.
  2. Turn on “Low Power Mode”.
  3. Now charge your iPhone and check the battery percentage.iphone xs-battery percentage stuck

Solution 3: Set Date & Time to Automatic
When you change the Date & Time, iPhone will get confused to show the real battery percentage.

  1. Launch Settings->General->Date & Time.

Note: If the battery percentage still gets stuck, enable “24-Hours Time” too.
Solution 4: Check for Software Update

  1. Connect your iPhone Wi-Fi.
  2. Launch Settings->General->Software Update.
  3. Tap “Download and Install” if update is available.

Solution 5: Let your iPhone cool down

  1. This issue will occur when your iPhone getting hot.
  2. So let your iPhone cool down.

Solution 6: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your passcode and restrictions passcode.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, and APN & VPN Settings.
Solution 7: Don’t charge your iPhone

  1. Don’t charge your iPhone until it dies.
  2. Then connect your iPhone to a power source.

Note: If it doesn’t work out, fully charge your phone and then let it completely die.
