iPhone XS, XS Plus, and XR Battery Draining Fast All of a Sudden? Here’s the fix


Battery draining is the biggest issue on iPhone. But we can’t say that this issue can’t be fixed. Here I am going to tell you some simple solutions to fix battery drain issue on iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR. If you have the same problem, his article will help you to fix it.
Solution 1: Force Restart
Restart your iPhone weekly once or twice.

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.
  3. Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 2: Turn off Background App Refresh

  1. Open Settings->General->Background App Refresh.
  2. Tap “Background App Refresh”.
  3. Select “Off”.

Solution 3: Force close apps

  1. Swipe up the screen from the bottom and pause in the center.
  2. Swipe all the apps up to close them forcely.

Solution 4: Turn off Push Mail

  3. Turn off “Share iPhone Analytics” and “Share iCloud Analytics”.

Solution 7: Turn off Notifications
You can turn off notifications for particular apps that don’t need to show notifications.

  1. Open Settings->Notifications.
  2. Select the app that doesn’t need to show notifications.
  3. Disable “Allow Notifications”.
  4. Likewise, turn off notification for particular apps that don’t need to show notifications.

Solution 8: Turn off Widgets

  1. Swipe the screen from left to right.
  2. Tap “Edit”.
  3. Select the red button next to the widget that you want to remove and then click “Remove”.
  4. Likewise, remove the widgets that you don’t want.
  5. At last, click “Done” at the right-upper corner of the screen.

Solution 9: Turn on Auto-Lock

  1. Open Settings->Display & Brightness.
  2. Tap “Auto-Lock”.
  3. Select “1 Minute” or select any one of the options.

Solution 10: Turn on Reduce Motion
Turning on reduce motion will change or disable certain screen effects such as screen transition, parallax, and animation effects that are running in the background.

  1. Go to Settings->General->Accessibility.
  2. ap “Reduce Motion”.
  3. Enable “Reduce Motion”.

Solution 11: Restore your iPhone in DFU/Recovery Mode
Before doing it, backup your iPhone. Because this action will erase all data from your device.

  1. Connect your iPhone to Mac/Computer via Lightning (USB) cable.
  2. Open iTunes on PC/Computer.
  3. Make sure that iTunes is updated to the latest version.
  4. Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
  5. Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.
  6. Press and hold the Side Button until Recovery Mode screen (iTunes screen) appears.
  7. Select “Restore” in the pop-up box. Wait until the process is finished.
  8. Then Force Restart your iPhone.

Other Solutions:

  1. Don’t use your iPhone while charging.
  2. Keep your iPhone in cold place.
  3. Don’t do two actions at the same time like using internet and playing games.
