iPhone XR Won’t Connect to App Store? Here’s the Fix

Many of the iPhone users have a complaint that their “iPhone XR Won’t Connect to App Store”. Basically, this was a simple issue and Apple Support gave the possible fixes to solve this issue. Here I gonna share you the fixes to solve this problem.
Solution 1: Check Network Connection

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Wi-Fi” and Disable it.
  3. Wait for sometime and Enable it.

Solution 2: Force Quit App Store
For iPhone X, XS, XS Max, and XR,

  1. Swipe up the screen from bottom left corner to the middle of the screen. When you will get the closed apps, leave your fingers from the screen.
  2. Either you can hold the app until seeing the minus symbol and tap on the minus symbol ‘-’ to close the app or swipe up the app to close.

For iPhone 8,7,6 & 5,

  1. Double-click the Home Button.
  2. Now you can see all the apps that are running in the background.
  3. Swipe up all the apps.

Solution 3: Restart iPhone XR

  1. Press and hold the Power Button until the slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. After your iPhone turns off, press and hold the Power button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 4: Check for Software Update

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Tap “General”.
  3. Select “Software Update”.
  4. Check for an update. If you have an update means “Download and Install” it.

Solution 5: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter “Passcode” and “Restrictions Passcode”.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Note: Reset All Settings will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & passwords,  and APN & VPN settings.
Solution 6: Factory Reset your iPhone XR

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”.
  3. Now, a pop-up box appears with three options.
  4. If you want to back up the data means tap “Finish Uploading Then Erase”.
  5. If you don’t want to get backup means tap “Erase Now”.
  6. Now your device will reset completely.
