Many iPhone users reporting that iPhone XR can’t receive incoming call issues. The incoming calling issue happens for some reasons like network issues or signal problems. Don’t worry you are not the one who has this issue even I too faced this issue. I had listed a few tricks to overcome this issue. Hope those trick helps to solve your problem too.
Solution 1: Turn On/Off Airplane mode
- Launch Settings.
- Tap Airplane Mode.
- Turn on it.
- Turn it off a few seconds later.
Solution 2: Force Close All Apps
- Swipe up the screen from the bottom left corner to the middle of the screen.
- When you will get the closed apps, leave your fingers from the screen.
- Tap on the ( – ) symbol to close the app or swipe up the app to close.
Solution 3: Toggle Off The Do Not Disturb Mode
- Launch Settings.
- Tap Do Not Disturb.
- Then Turn off the Do Not Disturb
Solution 4: Manage Blocked Contact
- Launch Settings.
- Scroll down to see Phone and then tap it.
- Tap Call Blocking & Identification.
- You can see the list of the number in the block list.
- Make sure if you blocked any wanted number or not.
Solution 5: System Update
- Launch Settings > General.
- Tap on “Software Update”.
- If an update is available, tap “Download and Install”.
Solution 6: Turn Off the Phone Noise Cancellation
- Launch Settings.
- Scroll down to General and then tap it.
- Then tap Accessibility.
- Scroll down and turn off the Phone Noise Cancellation.
Solution 7: Reset Network Settings
- Launch Settings > General.
- Scroll down and click “ Reset”.
- Select Reset Network Settings.
- Enter your Password.
- Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.
Note: This action will delete all WiFi password APN & VPN settings of your iPhone.
Solution 8: Remove and reinsert SIM
- Turn Off your device
- Using the SIM eject tool remove the SIM safely
- Check whether your SIM has any damage like scratches or something else.
