- Make sure that 3D Touch is enabled. Turn on 3D Touch if it is disabled.

Solution 2: Make sure that Low Power Mode is Turned Off (Disabled)
- Go to Settings->Privacy.
- Turn off “Low Power Mode”.
Solution 3: Restart your device
- Press and hold the Slide Button and either Volume Up/Volume Down until the slider to power off Screen appears (or) launch Settings->General->Shut Down.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.
- To turn on your device, press and hold the Slide Button until the apple logo appears.
If it doesn’t workout means, try Force Restart

Then set a live wallpaper. To set live wallpaper,
- Launch Settings->Wallpaper->Choose a New Wallpaper.
- Select “Live”.
- Choose an image to set as live wallpaper and then tap “Set”.
- A pop-up box appears with three options to choose where you want to set this image. Select any one from Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both.
