iPhone X Battery Percentage Stuck at 100 %, 80%, or 1%? Here’s the fix

Many iPhone X users have a complaint that iPhone X Battery Percentage Stuck at 100% and sometimes at 1%. Here I am going to tell you the solutions to fix this issue. If you have the same problem, this article will help you to fix it.
Solution 1: Set “Date & Time” to automatic
If you change the Date & Time, the software will get confused to indicate the real battery life.

  1. Go to Settings->General->Date & Time.
  2. There you can see the option “Set Automatically”.
  3. Then toggle on (turn on) Set Automatically.set automatically

Note: The battery percentage still gets stuck, turn on “24-Hours Time” too that is above set automatically. Then Force Restart your device.
Solution 2:  Restart your device
Connect your phone to power and then restart your phone while charging.

  1. Press and hold the Slide Button (Sleep/Wake) until the slider to power off Screen appears (or) Launch Settings->General->Shut Down.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. To turn your device on, press and hold the Slide Button until the Apple Logo Appears.

Solution 3: Don’t charge your device
Don’t charge your iPhone X until it completely dies (switches off).
Then plug in to charge and then check whether it gets stuck or not.
Note: If it doesn’t work, fully charge your phone and let it completely dies.
Solution 4: Turn on “Low Power Mode”
Charge your phone until the battery is full. Then turn on “Low Power Mode”.

  1. Go to Settings->Battery.
  2. Turn on “Low Power Mode”.low powe rmode

Now use your phone and check battery percentage.
Solution 5: Reset All settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.

Note: When you Reset All Settings, your device will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & passwords, and APN & VPN settings.
Solution 6: Factory reset
before restore your phone to factory reset, take a backup.

  1. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi or Data network.
  2. Launch Settings->Apple ID (your name)->iCloud->iCloud Backup.
  3. Turn on “iCloud Backup” if it is not turned on. Tap “Back Up Now”.icloud bckup iphone x

Wait until the process is finished. If the backup process is completed, you can see the date & time of the last backup under “Back Up Now”.
Factory Reset/Restore

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Erase All Contents and Settings”.
  3. A pop-up box will appear with three options: Finishing Uploading Then Erase, Erase Now, and Cancel.
  4. If you want to take a Backup, tap “Finishing Uploading Then Erase”.
  5. If you have already taken a Backup, tap “Erase Now”.

Then restore everything from iCloud Backup or iTunes Backup.

Other solutions:

  1. Check Apple warranty status. If your iPhone covers warranty, take it to the Apple Service Center.
  2. Update your phone to the latest version of iOS.
