Solution 1: Force Restart your iPhone
- Press the Volume Up Button and release it.
- Press the Volume Down Button and release it.
- Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.
Note: Don’t press “Volume Up” and “Volume Down” at the same time.
Solution 2: Set Date and Time to Set Automatically
- Launch Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap “General”.
- Tap “Date & Time”.
- Now, toggle on “Set Automatically”.
Solution 3: Reset All Settings
- Launch Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap “General” -> “Reset”.
- Now, select “Reset All Settings” from the options.
- Again tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.
Solution 4: Update Current iOS
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap “General”.
- Scroll down the page to find “Software Update”.
- If there an update is available, tap “Download and Install”.
Solution 5: Turn Off the Face ID and Add a New One
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap “Face ID & Passcode”.
- Now turn off “Require Attention for Face ID” and “Attention Aware Features”.
- Under “USE FACE ID FOR”, turn off all options.
- After doing this, restart your iPhone
- Turn on all the options.
- Now, again go to Settings -> Face ID & Passcode. Then select “Reset Face ID”.
Solution 6: Add Different Face ID
- Open “Settings” on your iPhone.
- Next tap “Face ID & Passcode”.
- Enter the passcode if prompted.
- Under “APPEARANCES”, tap on “Set Up Alternate Appearance”.
- Then tap on “Get Started”.
- Here you can see a circle with lines. You have to show your face with a different angle. Now, camera & Sensor will detect and analyze your face.
- After doing this, tap on “Continue”.
- When the process has done, tap on “Done”.
Solution 7: Restore your iPhone with Recovery Mode
- First, connect your iPhone to the Mac or PC through USB cable.
- After it connects, press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
- Now, press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
- Then press and hold the Power/Side button until it restarts. Don’t leave this button until your phone gets into Recovery mode.
- Release this button when you see your phone connect to iTunes.
- In the iTunes window, it shows your iOS device is in recovery mode. There you can see two options that Update or Restore.
- Select “Restore”.
- You have to wait until the process is completed.
