6 Ways to Fix iPhone 6 Touch Screen Not Working – Solved


Are you facing touchscreen issue on your iPhone 6? iPhone 6 touch screen not responding or unresponsive?
Fix 1: Clear or remove the screen protector
Sometimes this issue might be happened because of the iPhone screen protector. It might contain dust inside it. So remove the protecting cover and check your issue.
Fix 2: Increase RAM performance & Delete latest Apps
Poor RAM performance might cause this problem. Delete unwanted apps which are using a lot of RAM. Sometime this issue might be happened because of the recently installed app. So delete recently installed app and check the problem.
Fix 3: Reset All Settings 

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.

Note: When you Reset All Settings, your iPhone will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, and APN & VPN Settings.
Fix 4: Reset factory settings

Before reset your iPhone to Factory Settings, backup your device. Because this action will Erase all data from your device.
To back up your device,

  1. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi or Data network.

Then restore your phone From iCloud and iTunes Backup.
Fix 5: Force restart iPhone 6
Charge your iPhone using USB cable at least 1 hour and force restart your iPhone.
press and hold the Home Button and Sleep/Wake Button until the Apple Logo appears.

  • Only use the pad of your finger to touch the screen, not fingernail.
