When iOS users using a particular app or unlocking iPhone, iPhone 6 plus crashes, blue screen appears and then reboots. This problem happened after updating to iOS 8.1.
Solution 1: Disable WiFi calling feature
T-Mobile probably updated their blob. Just disable the WiFi Calling feature.
Solution 2: Erase the Phone and manually install all the apps – Genius bar suggestion
- First backup your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes
- Erase all details in your iPhone (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Setting) and manually install all apps.
- Then restore from iCloud.
Solution 3: Reset Settings
Go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset all settings
Solution 4: Turn off WiFi
Turn off WiFi option in your mobile and check the issue.
