iOS 11 Alarm Volume Too Loud? Here’s the fix

Many iPhone users have a complaint that alarm volume is too loud on their iPhone after updating iOs 11.  Here I am going to tell you the solutions for this problem. If you have the same issue, this article will help you to fix it.
Solution 1: Reduce Ringer and Alerts volume
When you reduce the Ringer and Alerts volume, the Alarm volume will turn down. Because Alarm volume comes under Alerts.

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Scroll down to find “Sounds/Sounds & Haptics”.
  3. Adjust the Ringer and Alerts volume using the slider. Set the volume how much you want for alarm.

Solution 2: Turn off Bluetooth
Turn off Bluetooth when your iPhone is not connected to any other Bluetooth-enabled device.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Turn Off “Bluetooth”.Bluetooth turn off

Note: Don’t turn off Bluetooth via Control Center.
Solution 3: Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Power Button (Sleep/Wake) until the slider to power off screen appears (or) Launch Settings->General->Shut Down.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. To turn your device on, press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears.

Solution 4: Force Restart
iPhone 5, 6, & 7
Press and hold the Home Button and Power/Side Button simultaneously until the Apple Logo appears.
iPhone 8 and X

  1. Press Volume Up button and quickly release it.  And then press Volume Down button and quickly release it.
  2. At last, press and hold the Side button (Wake/Sleep button) until the Apple logo appears.

Solution 5: Reset All settings

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your Passcode
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.Reset All Settings

Note: When you try Reset All Settings, your iPhone will remove all Bluetooth pairing details, saved Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords,  and APN & VPN Settings.
Solution 6: Factory Restore
Before reset your iPhone to Factory Settings, take a Backup. Because this action will Erase all date from your device.
To take a Backup,

  1. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi or Cellular data network.
  2. Launch Settings->Apple ID (your name)->iCloud->iCloud Backup.
  3. Make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on. Tap “Back Up Now”.back up iphone x

Wait until the process is finished. If the backup process is completed, you can see the date & time of the last backup under “Back Up Now”.
Factory Reset/Restore

  1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
  2. Tap “Erase All Contents and Settings”.
  3. A pop-up box will appear with three options: Finishing Uploading Then Erase, Erase Now, and Cancel.
  4. If you want to take a Backup, tap “Finishing Uploading Then Erase”.
  5. If you have already taken a Backup, tap “Erase Now”.factory reset phone 6

Then restore your phone From iCloud and iTunes Backup.
