This is a quickie tip for Excel users who use Mac computer. If you use Microsoft Office for Mac: Excel, then you need to add multiple lines of the information into a cell. In Windows you can add next line in excel using Alt+Enter keys.
If you want to insert new line in Excel for Mac,
- Choose the Cell.
- Type the first line and press Alt+Cmd+Enter keys.
Also use Control + Option + Enter or Control + Command + Enter keys to create/add a line break in the cell.
Note : These keyboard keys combination work in both Excel for Mac 2011 or later versions.
