HP: Cannot scan to network folder on MAC:

HP have not only that problem, but all scanning device also has the same problem, The folder is saved indirectly from the network folder If the network is slow the folder will overlap another folder. So the problem will appear mainly the scanning document to store the location is correctly descript. MAC has the same problem highly. So, follow the solution for connecting HP to Mac

Solution:1

Step 1: Uninstall the HP Scanner From Mac.(for few hours)

Step 2: Then install the HP scanner.

Solution 2:

Step 1: First, Check whether the Software downloaded is correct or not.

Step 2: Open Finder and then Go to the top Menu Bar.

Step 3: Double-click on the HP Scan folder and then scanning the folder.

Solution 3:

Step 1: Create a new folder for sharing the scanned files.

Step 2; Right-click on the scanner folder to enable the file sharing option to the user name.

Step 3; Enable the file sharing with SMB and AFP(i.e SMB is not available, it tries to connect the Apple FiIe Protocol).

Step 4: Create a correct path to the scanning folder(the scanning file in my root).

Step 5: Finally, Create a Username and Password to Scanner.

Normally, Scanner connecting in Mac needs proper installation and the Proper Account login. Sometimes Proper restart of the MacBook also get some issues like this. So try to Start using your Scanner with Proper Restart, Installation and Proper login process.
