Fix 1: Check for Software Updates
Make sure that you are using the latest version of iOS on your device. If not, update it by- Settings >> General >> Software Update >> Download and Install >> Enter your Passcode if it is needed and then tap to confirm an action.
Fix 2: Turn On iCloud Keychain on your iPhone or iPad
Firstly, Go to Settings >> tap your Apple ID >> tap iCloud >> Scroll down to see Keychain and tap on it >> tap iCloud Keychain and turn it on
Fix 3: Reset HomePod using iPhone or iPad
Before doing this fix, make sure that your HomePod is signed in with the same Apple ID of your iPhone or iPad. To reset HomePod- Launch Home App >> tap Rooms tab and press the HomePod banner >> tap Details >> Scroll down to see Remove Accessory and tap on it >> Wait for few seconds and setup your HomePod again
Unplug your HomePod and then Re-plug it again >> press and hold the top of your HomePod until you see a white spinning light and the Siri will say that your HomePod is about to reset >> Now, keep pressing the top of your HomePod until you hear the beep sound.
Fix 4: Check your Wi-Fi Connection
Make sure that your HomePod is connected to your Wi-Fi Network. Check your Wi-Fi Connection by- Launch Settings >> tap Wi-Fi >> Turn On your Wi-Fi and connect with the networks.
Fix 5: Turn On Bluetooth
Make sure that the Bluetooth is turned on on your device because HomePod also needs Bluetooth Connection. To turn on it- Go to Settings >> tap General >> tap Bluetooth and turn it on.
