Hike App Not Working with Mobile Data in iPhone after iOS 12.1.1 – Here’s the Fix

Solution 1: Restart your iPhone
iPhone X and Later

  1. Press the Power Button and either Volume Button until getting power off slider.
  2. Then drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. Wait for a minute. To turn on your iPhone, press and hold the Power Button until getting an Apple Logo.

iPhone 8 Plus and Earlier

  1. Press and hold the power button (Sleep/Wake) until you get a slider.
  2. To turn off your device, drag the slider.
  3. After a few seconds, again press and hold the power button until you get an Apple logo.

Solution 2: Enable and Disable Airplane Mode

  1. Go to Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Turn on Airplane Mode and wait for few seconds. Then turn it off back.

Solution 3: Reset Network Settings

  1. Go to Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General  -> Reset.
  3. Select “Reset Network Settings”.

Solution 4: Reset All Settings
If above solutions didn’t solve your problem, then try to Reset All Settings your Phone.

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap “General” -> “Reset”.
  3. Select “Reset All Settings”.
  4. Enter the passcode if need and again tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.
