How to Fix GPS not Working in iPhone XR?

Many of the users have a complaint that their iPhone has a trouble of working in GPS. If you have this issue means Don’t worry. Luckily, Apple support gave the detailed explanation to this error. Here, I gonna share you the fixes to solve this problem.
Fix 1: Check whether your signal is good
If you have a bad network connection means you can’t able to run the GPS in your iPhone. So, move on to a better location and try again.
Fix 2: Check Location Services

  1. Launch “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Privacy”.
  3. Choose “Location Services” and enable it.

Note: Location Services will not work for Facebook, snapchat, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Apple Maps, so when you select the particular app then choose the following options,

  1. Never – this will prevent you from using location services.
  2. While using the app – This will work only when you are inside the app.
  3. Always – this option will enable the location services always.

Fix 3: Refresh Location Services

  1. Launch “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Privacy”.
  3. Disable the Location Services and wait for few minutes and enable it.

Fix 4: Enable and Disable Location Services

  1. Tap “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Airplane Mode” and enable it.
  3. Wait for few minutes and disable it.

Fix 5: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter the “Passcode”.
  4. Enter your “Restrictions Passcode”.
  5. Enter “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.

Fix 6: Force Restart iPhone
For iPhone 6 and early

  1. Press and hold the “Home Button” and “Power Button” simultaneously.
  2. Hold both buttons until the screen turns to “black” and wait until the Apple Logo appears.

For iPhone 7
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down Button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
For iPhone 8 and later

  1. Press the “Volume Up button” and release it.
  2. Press the “Volume Down button” and release it
  3. Then, press and hold the “Side Button” until the Apple Logo appears.

Fix 7: Restore iPhone XR

  1. Connect your iPhone to PC via lightning cable.
  2. Open “iTunes”.
  3. Choose your iPhone that appears left-top on the sidebar.
  4. Select the “Summary” tab.
  5. Choose “Restore iPhone”.
