Fixed : iPad Air, Mini won't connect to App store or iTunes

Lot of iPad users searched same question on Google like

  • “iPad won’t connect to app store or iTunes”

Fix 1 : Sign out and sign in App Store & iTunes

  1. Navigate to Settings -> iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap on Apple ID and choose Sign out.
  3. Enter Apple ID and Password.
  4. Then sign back in.

Fix 2: Change the Date and Time

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Date & Time and make sure turn off the option Set Automatically.
  2. Now set the date manually one year ahead.
  3. Now navigate back to Home screen and try to open App Store. It will probably show error message.
  4. Now navigate back to Settings -> General -> Date & Time and turn on the option Set Automatically.
  5. Now try to connect App store.

Fix 3 : Reset All settings
Navigate to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All settings.
Fix 4: Restart iPad
Press and hold the iPad Home button and button button until your iPad restart,
