Fixed: Built-in keyboard and trackpad not working


One of the newsreaders reported that her built-in keyboard and trackpad not working on MacBook Pro.
Here are some solutions to recover the problem.
Solution 1: Recovery the whole system

Solution 2: Boot into recovery mode
Built-in Keyboard and trackpad suddenly not working. It seemed to resolve it after booting into recovery mode.
Solution 3: Change the cable

The trackpad cable is broken. You can get the cable for amount $15. The cable gets bent and combined with the heat from the battery it may lose connection over the time. If you replace the trackpad cable the keyboard and trackpad work flawlessly.

Solution 4: Close and open Mac book

  1. Go to the login screen and internal mouse and trackpad didn’t work.
  2.  Unplug all cables and unplug the power cable.
  3. Close the Mac book to force hibernate.
  4. Wait a few seconds.
  5. Open the Mac book. It should work now.

Solution 5: (Suggested by ELiTE-NET)
Take keyboard and trackpad to a service center. And a guy told me that I want to replace both the TOP case and IO board to fix the problem. After getting it back from the service center, the problem seems resolved and the built-in keyboard and trackpad working again.
