I am an iPhone user. Recently, I have updated iTunes on my iPhone. While listening to tracks, it skips. At first, I didn’t notice it well but, this problem persists continuously on my Apple Music. I was bit confused and what I did is… have shared this issue with my friend Daniel and he gave me some tricks to fix this issue. I am sharing those tricks with you so that, you can also fix if the same problem persists on your iPhone.
Fix 1: Turn On and turn Off Airplane Mode
Firstly, go to the Settings app and turn on Airplane Mode. Just wait for few seconds and turn off it.
Fix 2: Reset Network Settings
Launch Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
Fix 3: Turn Off and Turn On Apple Music
- Go to Settings –> Music -> Exit Settings.
- Again go back to Settings -> Sign out iCloud.
- Wait for few seconds and Sign in.
Fix 4: Reset iCloud Music Library
At first, open iTunes on your device and then go to File -> Library -> Update iCloud Music Library.
Fix 5: Erase and Sync again
You just remove all the media content from your device and then re-sync again with the iTunes.
Fix 6: Reset All Settings
Launch Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings.

Fix 7: Update iTunes to the latest version
Open iTunes on your device and check for Updates.
Note: Make sure that you have updated your iPhone to the latest iOS version.
- Make sure that the tracks which you have purchased from iTunes are not corrupted or unsupported.
- Make sure that you use same Apple ID for both your iTunes and iPhone.
