Facebook App Keeps Crashing or Freeze on iPhone iPhone XS, XS Max and XR

There are many problems occur in iPhone XS or XS Max. One of the main issues is Facebook app keeps crashing, freeze or won’t load. Solution 1: Force Close the App
When your Facebook app keeps freezing or won’t load, force close the app.

  1. Swipe up the screen from bottom left corner to middle of the screen. When you will get the closed apps, leave your fingers from the screen.
  2. Tap on the minus symbol to close the app or swipe up the app to close.

Solution 2: Restart your iPhone
If the above solution doesn’t work for you, try to restart your iPhone.

  1. Press the power button and either volume up or down button until getting a slider.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. To turn on your device, press and hold the power button until seeing an Apple logo.

Solution 3: Force Restart

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and quickly release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and quickly release it.
  3. Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 4: Update the Facebook App
Sometimes Facebook app crashing because of an old version. So, you have updated it to a new version. It will solve your problem.

  1. Go to App Store.
  2. Tap on “Updates” tab.
  3. Select the Facebook App and update it.

Solution 5: Uninstall and Reinstall the App
If still, this problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from your iPhone.

  1. Press and hold the app which you want to delete. Hold this app until app icons wiggling and X symbol appear.
  2. Click the “X” symbol to delete the app.
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. Then download and install the app from the App Store.

Solution 6: Reset Network Settings

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset.
  2. Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
  3. Enter the Passcode if required and tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.

Solution 7: Check for Software Update

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update.
  2. If an update available here, you just click “Download and Install”.
  3. Then follow the instruction to update.

Solution 8: Factory Reset your Device
If none of those solutions work for you, try to factory reset your device. Before doing this, back up your device because this action will delete the information.

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset.
  2. Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”.
  3. Enter your passcode to confirm the process.
  4. Now, your iPhone will be restored.
