Facebook App Keeps Crashing on iPhone X

Few iPhone users have faced the Facebook crashing issue on their iPhone X. whenever they open the app, the app is crashing in 5 to 10 seconds. I have also had this Facebook app crashing issue on my iPhone. I was really frustrating because this app is entertaining one. Finally, I have found the solutions to get rid of this problem. Yes, Now, the Facebook app works well and I am super happy. But there are many users have got this issue on their iPhone.  Don’t worry I am telling you those solutions to solve your problem. I am sure that this article will solve your problem.
Solution 1: Force Close the App

  1. Swipe the screen up from the Home screen. You can see the recently closed apps.
  2. Press and hold the app firmly. Tap ‘-’ symbol in the red circle at the left upper corner of the app or after seeing ‘-’ symbol in the red circle, swipe the app up to close the app.

Solution 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the App

  1. Press and hold the app until app icons wiggling and X symbol appears.
  2. Click “X” symbol to delete the app.
  3. Then download and install the app from the App Store.

Solution 3: Force Restart your Device

  1. Press the Volume Up Button and release it.
  2. Press the Volume Down Button and release it.
  3. Press and hold the Side Button until the Apple Logo appears.

Note: Don’t press “Volume Up” and “Volume Down” at the same time.
Solution 4: Reset All Settings

  1. Go to “Settings”->“General”->“Reset”.
  2. Tap “Reset All Settings”.
  3. Enter your Restrictions Passcode.
  4. Tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box.
  5. Again tap “Reset All Settings” to confirm.

Solution 5: Check for Software Update

  1. Go to “Settings” -> “General “-> “Software Update”.
  2. If an update available here, tap “Download and Install”.
  3. Then follow the instruction to update the OS.

Solution 6: Restore your Phone on Recovery Mode
Before doing this, back up your device because this action will erase your phone’s data.

  1. First, connect your iPhone to Mac via USB cable.
  2. Next, open iTunes on your Mac. Make sure that iTunes is updated to the latest version.
  3. Then force restart your iPhone.
  4. Don’t leave buttons after seeing the Apple logo. Keep holding it until Recovery Mode screen (iTunes screen) appears.
  5. Select “Restore” in the pop-up box. Wait until the process is finished.
  6. Then force restart your iPhone.

Solution 7: Try to Sign In with New Apple ID
If the above solutions didn’t work for you, try to sign in with new Gmail account. First, sign out your current Apple ID and Sign in with a new one.
