How to Enable and Disable Fall Detection of Apple Watch Series 4


As you all know Apple provides a lot of features to overcome the issues. If you’re using the Apple Watch you need to take care of it by safeguard from dropping. So that Apple provides fall detection to protect your Apple watch. Many of the users don’t know to use it. Here I gonna tell you the way to enable and disable fall detection of Apple series 4.
Pair your Apple watch with iPhone

  1. Open the Apple watch app on the iPhone
  2. Tap “Start Pairing”.

Enable Fall Detection on Apple watch Series 4

  1. Open “Watch app” on the device which you paired.
  2. Tap “My Watch tab”.
  3. Tap “Emergency SOS”.
  4. Enable the Switch near to “Fall Detection”.
  5. A pop-up menu appears, tap “confirm” to start enabling this feature.
  6. If your Apple watch will be fallen, it shows an alert message like “I didn’t fall, I fell but I’m OK Emergency SOS”.
  7. If you are ok, you can confirm by selecting the alert.

Disable Fall Detection on Apple watch

  1. Open “Watch app” on the device which you paired.
  2. Tap “My Watch tab”.
  3. Tap “Emergency SOS”.
  4. Disable the Switch near to “Fall Detection”.

Check Fall History

  1. Open “Health app” on your iPhone.
  2. Tap “Health data tab”.
  3. Tap “Results”.
  4. Here you can check how many times your watch is fallen.
