To download iCloud photos to iPhone, you have to turn on iCloud Photo Library. Let’s see how to turn on iCloud Photo Library.
Before doing it, make sure that you are using the same Apple ID for your iCloud account and iPhone.

  1. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi/Cellular Data.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID (your name).
  4. Tap “iCloud”.
  5. Select “Photos”.
  6. Enable “iCloud Photo Library”.
  7. Select “Download and Keep Originals”.

Now all the photos on your iCloud photo library will be downloaded to your iPhone.

If you want to download iCloud photos to your new iPhone, you can do it with simple steps. Just sign in to iCloud when you set up your new iPhone. When you sign in to iCloud, all photos will be downloaded automatically from iCloud to your iPhone.
