Procedure for Delete Apple Watch Backups from iPhone:
Step 1: Open “Settings” on your iPhone and then click on “General”.
Step 2: Under General, you can see the option that “iPhone Storage” click on it.
Step 3: Scroll down the page to find your “Apple Watch” then click on it. Here you can see the App Size, Data and Document size of your Apple Watch.
Step 4: Now you can see the last backup date and file sizes under Document and data.
Step 5: Then select the one which you want to delete. For that, you just swipe the screen from right to left to delete. Then tap the “Delete” button. Once you click that the backup will be deleted.
Step 6: Alternatively, delete the backup for you have to click the “Edit” button at the top right corner. Then click the red button for which you want to delete and click the delete button in the right corner. Finally, at the top right corner press the “Done” button.
If you want to delete all the backup at once, you can click the “Remove all Backups” at bottom of your screen and to confirm that click “Remove Now”. Then all Backups will be deleted.
