If you’re having this issue “ iCloud Backup not working?”.  This might happen because of the recent update. Many iPhone users reporting about this issue. There are a few reasons why your iCloud Backup is not working and here I’m listed few reasons.

  • iCloud Storage issue.
  • Network Problem.
  • Sign in issue.
  • Are the old version of iOS.

In this article, I had listed a few tricks to overcome your issue. Hope those steps will useful to you….
Solution 1: Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.

Solution 2: Check iCloud Storage

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.

Solution 3: Check if an iCloud Backup is Enabled

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap your profile.
  3. Tap iCloud.
  4. Then tap iCloud Backup menu and then turn on it.

Solution 4: Delete Old iCloud Account

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap your profile > iCloud.
  3. Tap your device > Delete Backup.
  4. Then tap Turn Off & Delete.

Also, you can delete individual unwanted files from iCloud. This solution may also solve this issue.

  1. Launch iCloud Drive.
  2. Choose the unwanted files to delete.
  3. Tap Delete to confirm your action.

Solution 5: Sign Out and Sign In Back

  1. Launch Settings-> Apple ID(your name).
  2. Scroll down to find “SignOut” and then click it.
  3. Enter your Apple ID and Password.
  4. Tap “Sign Out” at the right Corner.
  5. Again tap “Sign Out” in the pop-up box to confirm the action.

Sign In:

  1. Launch Settings-> iCloud.
  2. Enter your Apple ID and Password.
  3. Tap “Sign In”.

Solution 6: Reset All Settings

  1. Launch Settings > General.
  2. Scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  3. Tap “Reset all Settings”.
  4. Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box to confirm the action.

Solution 7: Restart Your Device

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.
