Can’t Connect to App Store, Apps Won’t load, Stuck and Freeze on iPhone

As you all know that if you like to download an app frequently you all using the App Store. In-App Store, I have faced an issue like “Cannot connect to the App Store” error and also sometimes Apps won’t load, struck and freeze on iPhone. Nowadays App store is one of the necessary apps in iPhone. I think this issue is common for all iPhone users. So I discussed with my one the friend about this issue he suggests me some solution to solve my problem and it works for me. Now I’m gonna share those solutions to solve your problem. Let’s see how to avoid this issue.
Tips :

  • Try force close app store app .
  • Now relaunch the app. If still have the same issue then follow below steps

Solution 1: Allow App Store to access cellular data

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap Mobile Data.
  3. Here Turn On App Store.

Solution 2: Check Date & Time

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Scroll down and Tap on General.
  3. Click Date & Time.
  4. Here Turn Off the Set Automatically.
  5. Then you should set date and time automatically.

Solution 3: SIgn Out and Sign In App Store

  1. Launch Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap Apple ID > Sign Out.
  3. And Sign In back.

Solution 4: Check Restriction for Installing App

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Scroll down and then tap General.
  3. Tap Restriction.
  4. Here enter your password and check Installing apps.
  5. Finally , turn on “Installing Apps”.

Solution 5: change DNS

  1. Launch Settings > WiFi.
  2. Select the WiFi network and then tap Configure DNS.
  3. Delete the DNS and then enter the current DNS.

Solution 6: Reset Network Settings

  1. Launch Settings> General.
  2. Scroll down and click “ Reset”.
  3. Select Reset Network Settings.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.

Solution 7: Force Restart/Hard Reset
iPhone 6

  1. Press and Hold the Home button.
  2. Press and hold the Wake/Sleep button when holding the Home button.
  3. Hold both buttons until you see the Black Screen.
  4. Wait for sometimes to see Apple Logo.

iPhone 7

  1. Press and hold the Wake/Sleep(Power) button at the right of your iPhone.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Button.
  3. Wait until the Apple Logo appears.

iPhone 8 and iPhone X

  1. Press Volume Up button and then release it quickly.
  2. Press Volume Down button and then release it quickly.
  3. Finally, press and hold the Side button( Wake/Sleep button) until the Apple logo appears.

Solution 8: Factory Reset

  1. Launch Settings > General.
  2. Again scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  3. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
  4. Now the pop-up box will appear with 3 options. If you want to Backup your device then tap Back Up Then Erase.
  5. If you have already taken a Backup then tap Erase Now.
  6. Wait until the process gets finished.

Note: This fix will remove all data from your device. Therefore, it is advisable to take a backup.
