thanks 2 solution work for me
thank you !
solution 3 worked
I had the same issue, I use opendns on my router and had file sharing sites blocked. Guess what iCloud is classed as ??! I couldn't logout or disable find my features or send pics by iMessage. As soon as I added iCloud to the white list it all works….odd one and has been driving me. It's for months.
None of the 3 solutions worked for me, but after I "reset Network settings", it worked like a charm.
Thank you Al and Alex…this made me dig into my network a bit more. Logging into my router and turning off my firewall for a minute allowed me to turn off find my ipad. Thanks!!!!
The three solutions didn't work for me either, but after a solid two hours have trying to turn Find my iPhone off, resetting the Network settings worked INSTANTLY. It was a relief, but also a bummer that I didn't do it a hour an 59 minutes earlier.
Thanks Alex.
