Bluetooth Icon is Not Visible After Updating on iPhone? Here’s the Fix


If your Bluetooth icon in your status bar? Don’t worry you’re not the one person facing this problem I too have the same problem. I discussed with my one of the friend about this issue and he suggests to me some steps and I followed those steps. Now my icon is visible on the status bar. So I’m gonna share those step to solve your problem too. Hope it is useful to you.

Solution 1: Again Turn on Bluetooth

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Tap Bluetooth.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth.

Solution 2: Force Restart/Hard Reset

iPhone 6

  1. Press and Hold the Home button.
  2. Press and hold the Wake/Sleep button when holding the Home button.
  3. Hold both buttons until you see the Black Screen.
  4. Wait for sometimes to see Apple Logo.

iPhone 7

  1. Press and hold the Wake/Sleep(Power) button at the right of your iPhone.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Button.
  3. Wait until the Apple Logo appears.

iPhone 8 and iPhone X,XR,XS,XS Max

  1. Press Volume Up button and then release it quickly.
  2. Press Volume Down button and then release it quickly.
  3. Finally, press and hold the Side button( Wake/Sleep button) until the Apple logo appears.

Solution 3: Forget Bluetooth

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Select Bluetooth and then tap the “i” icon.
  3. Tap Forget This Device and confirm the action.

Turn on Bluetooth after the restart your device.

Solution 4: Check Your Bluetooth Accessory

Make sure that your bluetooth accessory is charged.

When you pair your iPhone with the other bluetooth-enable device for the first time, it will take some time to connect. Wait for a few seconds.

Solution 5: Reset Network Settings

 

  1. Launch Settings> General.
  2. Scroll down and click “ Reset”.
  3. Select Reset Network Settings.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm

 

Solution 6: Reset All settings

Launch Settings > General > Reset.

Tap “Reset all Settings”.

Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box.

Solution 7: System Update

  1. Launch Settings->General.
  2. Tap on “Software Update“.
  3. If an Update is available, tap “Download and Install”.
