First, find whether this is software or hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue then move to Apple Support. If it is a software issue then follow the upcoming steps. Solution 1: Restart your device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.
- Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.
Solution 2: Refresh Bluetooth
- Go to Settings >Bluetooth.
- Turn off “Bluetooth”.
- Force Restart your iOS device.
- Then turn on “Bluetooth”.
- Then try to connect the Bluetooth accessory to iPhone.
Solution 3: Software Update
- Launch Settings > General.
- Tap on “Software Update“.
- If an Update is available, tap “Download and Install”.
Solution 4: Reset All Settings
- Launch Settings > General.
- Scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
- Tap “Reset all Settings”.
- Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box to confirm the action.
Solution 5: Factory Reset
- Launch Settings.
- Scroll down to see General and then tap it.
- Again scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
- Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- Now the pop-up box will appear with 3 options. If you want to Backup your device then tap Back Up Then Erase.
- If you have already taken a Backup then tap Erase Now.
- Wait until the process gets finished.
Note: This fix will remove all data from your device. Therefore, it is advisable to take a backup.
