Audio Problem on iPhone? If Yes I’m sure this article gives you a better solution.  Not you are one having this issue. Many iPhone users are also having the same issue. Even I too faced this issue. First, find whether this is software or hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue then move to Apple Support. If it is a software issue then follow the upcoming steps. Hope those steps help you to solve your problem.
Solution 1: Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  3. Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.

Solution 2: Refresh Bluetooth

  1. Go to Settings >Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off “Bluetooth”.
  3. Force Restart your iOS device.
  4. Then turn on “Bluetooth”.
  5. Then try to connect the Bluetooth accessory to iPhone.

Solution 3: Software Update

  1. Launch Settings > General.
  2. Tap on “Software Update“.
  3. If an Update is available, tap “Download and Install”.

Solution 4: Reset All Settings

  1. Launch Settings > General.
  2. Scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  3. Tap “Reset all Settings”.
  4. Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box to confirm the action.

Solution 5: Factory Reset

  1. Launch Settings.
  2. Scroll down to see General and then tap it.
  3. Again scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
  4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
  5. Now the pop-up box will appear with 3 options. If you want to Backup your device then tap Back Up Then Erase.
  6. If you have already taken a Backup then tap Erase Now.
  7. Wait until the process gets finished.

Note: This fix will remove all data from your device. Therefore, it is advisable to take a backup.
