While using my iphone SE .The screen froze and moments latter I could feel the phone heating up.
And then the screen blanked off and the phone won't restart

my phone shows the black and white apple logo and then goes to a black screen over and over again. Can anyone help?

Same thing happened to me. It just shows the apple logo as if it was about to turn on but wouldn't and would just go back to black screen.

Mine just turned off out of nowhere and then I tried turning it back on. It didn't work, so I tried restarting it. I held down the home and power buttons at the same time for a /really/ long time, and then it finally showed the Apple logo. The logo took at least three times as long to turn into the lock screen, but then I can't slide to unlock, and my fingerprint won't open it either. Then when the screen fades to black, I have to restart it again. Usually, when it shows me the lock screen, there are components missing. Sometimes the bar at the top with the signal, wifi information, and battery power is missing, sometimes it's the words "slide to unlock", sometimes it's even the time and/or date.

My phone died. I was charging it, but now it won't even show the battery that means it's dead when I press the power button. It tried everything, but none of it works. Help!!

Hi Jake, my SE has done the same. I've spoken to an Apple Store who believe its a hardware fault as the battery doesn't have any power running through it when they tested it. I have been advised to buy a new phone, which is very frustrating but it doesn't look like I have any other options.

I go to a grammar school so I turn off my phone before I go to school. I came back home and tried turning it on to call someone, it didn't even show the apple logo, but I had charged the battery to 100%. I tried everything but it's not turning on, what can I do.
