How to Fix iPhone 6 Plus Blue Screen and Reboot Problem


When iOS users using a particular app or unlocking iPhone, iPhone 6 plus crashes, blue screen appears and then reboots. This problem happened after updating to iOS 8.1.

Solution 1: Disable WiFi calling feature

T-Mobile probably updated their blob. Just disable the WiFi Calling feature.

Solution 2: Erase the Phone and manually install all the apps – Genius bar suggestion

  1. First backup your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes
  2. Erase all details in your iPhone (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Setting) and manually install all apps.
  3. Then restore from iCloud.

Solution 3: Reset Settings

Go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset all settings

Solution 4: Turn off WiFi

Turn off WiFi option in your mobile and check the issue.

If you can’t fix iPhone 6 plus blue screen issue, check the iPhone warranty status and take it to nearest Apple support center.
